Abstract

Anticipating the old aging society, the field of Geriatric Gynecology has to be reconsidered and emphasized. Atypical presentation and concomitant disease occurrence are rather common among old aged women. As to the evaluation of health state, the physiologic condition is more important than chronologic age of the patient. In addition to the careful listening to the history, the simplified systematic assessment guidelines are essential for the proper primary and specialized care and management as well as preventive measure. For the ambulatory office practice, a brief description of clinical aspects concerned are given. In addition short description on the Osteoporosis, Breast cancer, Sleep disturbance, Depression and Dementia are affixed in Part -1. Under the same thesis in Part -II , common complaints,, concomitant disease conditions, leading causes of morbidity and death will be presented later.
